DLA/PIP clinics at Me too & Co on Friday mornings
We are working in partnership with KIDS, a local charity. KIDS has the contract from the Local Authority to provide the benefits advice service to support families of children and young people (up to 18 years) to complete the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Personal Independent Payment (PIP) application forms. This service covers the boroughs of Richmond and Kingston.
Vilma Watt, the Benefits Information Advice and Support Practitioner at KIDS, will be holding clinics approximately once every half term at Me too & Co on Friday mornings.
These appointments are aimed at those who cannot attend KIDS regular clinics on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays either at the Windham Croft Centre in Richmond or at the Moor Lane Centre in Chessington.
They are also aimed at those who have pre-school children or children not in education, as we are able to offer creche facilities on Friday mornings, which are not available at KIDS’ usual venues.
The first two dates that Vilma will be holding clinics are:
These appointments are free of charge, although donations are appreciated. We regret that these appointments are for residents of Richmond and Kingston only. Contact details of where parents from other boroughs can get help are in our newsletters.
